At level 20 - mages finally getthe Blizzard spell - which brings down shards of ice from the sky doing damage to a target area and all mobs in that area. At low levels it is not as powerful, but at higher levels this spell is a frost mage favorite. Here I am testing out the first level of Blizzard on a Dalaran Watcher in Silverpine Forest.
