South East of Tarren Mill you will find a bridge with a road that takes you to Durnholde Keep. On the quest "The Rescue" (can be accepted from an orc at Tarren Mill) you are sent to Durnholde Keep to rescue to orcs being held captive there. You must defeat the guards that have the keys to unlock the prisoners. I teamed up with a warlock on the same quest and we made it in and out with no problem at all.
