Thrallmar is in Hellfire Peninsula and is where many Horde start their journey in Outland to take part in the Level 60 - Level 70 game content. Herbalism can also be raised past 300 here by visiting Ruak Stronghorn in the tower at the top of the hill in Thrallmar.
